In January 2025, the overall assessment of progress in the sector improved compared to the previous month. The score was 1.41 points in January 2025 compared to 1.32 points in December 2024. The upward trend continues for the second month in a row, after a drop in November 2024.
The increase in the score was due to an improvement in the scores of such components as "Actual changes in legislation" from 1.52 in December 2024 to 2.21 points in January 2025, as well as "State of implementation" from 0.99 to 1.14 points over the same period.
"Planned legislative changes" and "Agenda" received a score of "0" in January 2025. This indicates that there is no negative or positive impact of events on European integration within these components. At the same time, "Planned legislative changes" demonstrated a drop in the score compared to the previous month (0.98 in December vs. 0.0 in January).
