It means that people or families in need of support will not have to spend extra time collecting certificates and visiting institutions. They will be able to apply for assistance (such as the comprehensive eMalyatko service, the Schoolchild&#8217;s Package, or services for IDPs) online or in person anywhere in Ukraine, and thanks to the automatic exchange of data between registers, the request will be processed even faster.
