The Ministry of Economy is working with businesses to prepare a Human Capital Sustainability Charter that will help overcome barriers in the labor market. This was announced by Yulia Svyrydenko, First Vice Prime Minister of Ukraine, Minister of Economy of Ukraine, at a meeting of the Barrier-Free Council.
