Digital transformation

According to the results of the monitoring in January, we have seen an improvement in the digital transformation sector. The overall average score for the sector was 1.14, which shows an improvement compared to the previous period (0.74 in December).

In agenda setting (average score 1.67). Experts positively assessed the approval of the Strategy for Digital Development of Innovations until 2030 (average score 1.84) and the announcement of the launch of the Global GovTech Board initiative.

In January, the assessment of future legislative changes remained at 0 due to the absence of newly submitted draft laws in the area of European integration. At the same time, the assessment of actual changes to the legislation increased to 0.93 due to changes in the legislation on the functioning of electronic communication networks

In assessing the state of implementation, the average indicator has hardly changed and amounted to 1.18 (in December it was 1.19). Experts are moderately positive about both the speed of changes (average score 0.93) and their direction (average score 1.33), as well as the overall state of implementation of legislative decisions (average score 1.27).

The improvement of the overall sector score (from 0.74 in December to 1.14 in January) is largely due to new actual changes in legislation in January and higher assessment of the agenda.
