Digital transformation

According to the results of the monitoring in January, we observe a deterioration in the digital transformation sector. The overall average score of the sector in January was 0.99, which indicates a decline compared to the previous month (in December it was 1.15).

In January, the assessment of actual and planned changes to legislation was 0 due to the absence of laws and draft laws in the field of digital transformation that would bring Ukraine closer to EU standards.

In January, the agenda-setting score increased to 2.25 (in December it was 0) as a result of Roam Like at Home becoming a full participant in the European policy.

In assessing the state of implementation, the average score slightly deteriorated from 2.21 in December to 2.19 in January. Experts positively assess both the speed of changes (average score increased from 1.5 in December to 1.57 in January) and their direction (average score decreased from 1.91 in December to 1.8 in January), as well as the overall state of implementation of legislative decisions (average score decreased from 1.68 in December to 1.65 in January).
